If a student misses a lesson for any reason and cancels without 24 hr notice, the instructor will make a recorded video lesson to be uploaded to the student’s practice document
If an instructor has to cancel a lesson without 24 hour notice, the student will receive a credit for said lesson toward their upcoming month of lessons
If a student needs to miss lessons during the month period, they must let the instructor know at least two weeks in advance of billing cycle.
If a student wants to discontinue lessons, they must let Black Moon Studios know at least two weeks ahead of intended discontinue date
A student can ‘pause’ or ‘hold’ lessons for a month for any reason, however, Black Moon Studios cannot insure that the students original time slot and/or day for lessons will remain.
